Fabric, acrylic, PVC & silicone, metal and packaging — six material families for anime and gaming merchandise. From peach skin and 2way tricot to cast acrylic, we select techniques, finishes and construction that fit both the IP and the realities of manufacturing.
Each family carries its own techniques, finishes and construction routes.
Textile & apparel
Knitted and woven fabrics printed by sublimation transfer, then cut and sewn. Weight, stretch and hand feel are selected per product, and proven on samples before production.

Acrylic
Cast and extruded acrylic cut to shape, printed and finished. Thickness and edge treatment carry most of the perceived quality, so both are specified early.

Metal & enamel
Die-struck and cast metal with hard or soft enamel fill. Plating, fill depth and finish are agreed before tooling, because they cannot be changed afterwards.

Material behaviour, colour and construction are confirmed on physical samples before volume production begins. Fabric swatches and sample sets can be sent internationally on request.
